XM (XM Global)’s withdrawal process

XM (XM Global) offers multiple withdrawal methods.
To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, withdrawals equivalent to the deposited amount will be processed using the same method as the deposit. Any profit exceeding the deposited amount will be withdrawn via bank transfer.

Below are the specific steps for each withdrawal method

Steps for withdrawing funds by domestic bank transfer

To withdraw funds from the Benefits section, a domestic bank transfer is required.
Log in to your XM (XM Global) member page, then click on “Withdrawal” from the main menu or select “Withdraw Funds” at the bottom of the screen.
Under Withdraw Funds, choose “Local Bank Transfer” and click “Withdraw Funds” to proceed.

Enter the bank information of the bank you wish to withdraw from and the amount to be withdrawn.

Except for your name, please enter all other information in English and numeric characters.

Check the checkbox and click “Send Request” to complete the withdrawal request for domestic bank transfer.

Steps for withdrawing funds from credit cards and debit cards

If you deposited funds using a VISA card, you can withdraw an amount up to the total deposited via the same card.
To withdraw, log in to your XM (XM Global) member page and click “Withdraw Funds” from the menu or at the bottom of the screen.
From the withdrawal list, select “Withdrawal” under “Credit/Debit Card”.
Enter the withdrawal amount, check the confirmation box, and click “Request for Delivery” to complete the process.

Withdrawing via Bxone
Select Bxone from the withdrawal options.
Fill in the required details and submit the request to initiate your withdrawal.
